Frequently Asked Questions

Everything shop owners ask us before they start

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan your shop's QR code and your loyalty card opens straight in their phone's browser — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and they can start collecting stamps straight away.

What if a customer doesn't have a smartphone?

Deengle is designed for phones, so a customer without a smartphone can't hold a digital card. Most shops simply keep a few paper punch cards behind the till for those customers — Deengle covers everyone else without printing, replacing or policing cards.

Does Deengle work with my POS or till system?

No integration is needed. Deengle runs completely alongside your till: staff confirm check-ins on their own phone or on the dashboard, so it works with any POS — or no POS at all.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Sign up, build your card and start taking check-ins straight away. You get full access for 7 days. If Deengle isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise your chosen plan starts — Basic £9.99, Standard £19.99 or Pro £29.99 per month.

Is there a contract?

No. Deengle is a monthly subscription with no minimum term. You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again after the current billing period.

What happens to my members if I cancel?

Your card pages are taken down and customers can no longer check in, but their stamps and rewards are kept for a grace period — so if you come back, your members pick up exactly where they left off. If you ask us to delete your account, member data for your shop is deleted with it.

Can staff have their own logins?

Yes. You can give staff access to confirm check-ins without sharing your owner password, so the till keeps moving whoever is on shift and you keep control of your account and billing.

Is my data safe? Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. Deengle is built in the UK and operates under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Customers can collect stamps without giving a name, email or phone number, we use no advertising trackers, and we never sell personal data. Data is hosted with Google Cloud, in the London region where available. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do customers redeem rewards?

When a customer completes their card, the reward appears on their digital card. They show it at the till, a staff member confirms the redemption from their own phone or the dashboard, and the card resets so the customer can start collecting again.
