Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Deengle — the website at deengle.com, the card pages, the business dashboard and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Deengle (“Deengle”, “we”, “us”), reachable at support@deengle.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. What Deengle does

Deengle lets businesses create digital loyalty cards that customers save on their devices, and record customer visits via one-time check-in codes confirmed by the business. Deengle provides the platform only: we are not a party to any offer, discount, reward or transaction between a business and its customers.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create any account on Deengle (customer backup or business). Business accounts may only be created by someone authorised to act for that business.

• Business accounts require accurate information and a secure password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping staff access appropriate.
• Customers may use card pages without an account; a device-level identity is created automatically to track their stamps and rewards.
• You must be at least 16 to use the Service.

3. Business responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content of your card — names, offers, prices, images — and for honouring the rewards and offers you publish.
• Your card content must be lawful, accurate, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. Adult, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate imagery and text are not permitted anywhere on the Service — cards, logos or adverts. Uploads are screened automatically, and we may remove content or suspend cards that breach these terms without notice.
• Offers and stamp rewards are promotions made by you to your customers; any consumer-law obligations attached to them are yours.

4. Rewards, offers and shop information

• Offers, stamp rewards, prices, opening hours and shop details shown on a card are set by the business. The business — not Deengle — is responsible for honouring its rewards and keeping its information accurate.
• Stamps and rewards have no cash value, are personal to the member, and are subject to the business's own reasonable conditions.
• Review links open third-party sites (such as Google); their terms apply there.
• Customer backup is optional; if you don't enable it, your cards and stamps may be unrecoverable if you lose your device.

5. Fair use

• Do not attempt to forge, replay or farm check-in codes, stamps, rewards or referrals.
• Do not scrape, probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or use it to send spam.
• We may apply rate limits and anti-fraud checks, and may reverse stamps, rewards or referral credits we reasonably believe were obtained dishonestly.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Business plans start with a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the Service is a paid monthly subscription at the plan prices shown when you sign up. There is no minimum term — you may cancel at any time and will not be charged after the current billing period. We will give you advance notice of any price changes, and you may cancel before they apply.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software, design and branding. You own the content you upload (your name, logo, offers, menu) and grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service — including on your public card page and printed QR materials.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the Service or its users. On termination your published card pages are taken down.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, the Service is provided free of charge and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to £100 or, if greater, the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
